The cacao beans for this 80% dark chocolate bar come from the coastal Esmeraldas region of Ecuador. They are selected for their integrity of flavor then roasted, winnowed, and refined right here at Gotham. This bar is richly complex in flavor with notes of brownie edges, jasmine, and cinnamon.
