In partnership with the new book Distilled: A Natural History of Spirits by Yale University Press, this fall Gotham is offering a four-part series serving up lectures and libations. The experience includes a spirit tasting with a book author or contributor and a signed copy of the book with the option to stay for dinner.
Our first event on Tuesday, October 25 is dedicated to the Natural History of Gin with book co-authors Rob DeSalle and Ian Tattersall, current and former curators with the American Museum of Natural History.
$85: 4-5PM Gin Tasting & Talk
Featuring: Bols Genever, Boodles, Inverroche, and St. George
$175: Tasting & Talk followed by a gin cocktail aperitif and three-course dinner with wine pairing
